Similar to Millennium Tower I, this 21-storey tower contains 22,600 m2 of Class A office space with high-quality build- ing structures and finishes. The building also forms part of the Polus City Center project. All tenants have access to shopping, entertainment and service amenities, including restaurants. The build- ing has highly efficient floor layouts with turnkey finishing, 24-hour security and building management systems. It has five high-speed elevators and is fully air-condi- tioned with sprinklers throughout, provid- ing for 300 parking spaces and exterior signage for major tenants.
