Lakeside Park is a representative multi-phase development located in Bratislava the capital of Slovakia in a well-established business district in Bratislava III, the Nove Mesto area located only 4 km from Bratislava’s Old Town. Lakeside Park provides all users with easy access and ample secure parking. It is directly served by all modes of public transport including trams and busses with all amenities and services available at the nearby Polus City Center also developed by TriGranit. Nove Mesto train station is located in close proximity to the building. The first phase of the office complex completed in 2008 provides office, service / retail and storage space with 24 650 m2 of rentable area and features 5 floors averaging 1 750 m2 each, and 15 floors averaging 1 250 m2 each. Lakeside Park 01 offers their customers 508 car parking spaces. The building is considered as the one of the most modern high-rise office buildings in the city with a stabile and healthy tenant mix and untroubled reputation of the Landlord as well as the building itself. The major tenants are AT&T, Kone SSC and DuPont. The second phase of the office complex should be completed in the next years and will provide offices and amenities with approximately 13 000 m2 of rentable area.
