Bonarka City Center is the multifunctional city center built on a 19 hectare postindustrial site once occupied by a chemical factory in Podgórze, one of Krakow’s main districts. Krakow itself is considered to be the most beautiful city in Poland and the number one tourist destination for all visitors coming to the country. The shopping center is located in the southern part of Krakow, close to the main residential developments of the city, a 10 minute drive from the historical center of Krakow. Within the gross building area of 257 000 m2 there are 260 shops, restaurants and service points, including Auchan, Leroy Merlin, Media Expert as well as the biggest cinema multiplex in Krakow, Cinema City. Free parking for over 3 200 vehicles is provided for customers. Furthermore, Bonarka City Center is one of the first shopping centers in the world, where the educational Youth Center “Siemacha spot”, was opened. In its total area of 700 m2 there are multifunctional, educational, multimedia and musical classrooms as well as a conference room.
