Torgoviy Kvartal, a shopping centre located in Naberezhnye Chelny, Russia. It was developed in 2006 and opened in 2007. Naberezhnye Chelny has a population of 514,000 people, is the 2nd biggest city of Republic of Tatarstan. The shopping centre has a gross leasable area (GLA) of 24,000 m2, which accommodate retail units and leisure opportunities over three above ground floors. The ground floor is anchored by a large supermarket tenant, ‘Perekrestok’, leather and fur anchor ‘Snezhnaya Koroleva’ and clothing anchor ‘Koton’ which are located at the rear of the Shopping Centre. The second floor also accommodates white & brown anchor `M-Video`, `Sportmaster` and the children goods anchor `Dochky-Synochky`. The retail accommodation is laid out over the first and second floor. In addition to several retail units and restaurants, the third floor is primarily occupied by `Cinema Park` (multiplex) anchor and a food court. Torgoviy Kvartal is located within the most populated part of the city, where 80% of the inhabitants live, on the main boulevard which crosses the city from west to east. It is thus very accessible by car, as well as by public transport.
